Narritive Writing

Long, long ago  BoB, JEFF, YO MAMA and Francis lost their  family in a deadly maze during a war and searched for them for several decades.. During this long search they encountered monsters and vile hairy creatures who tried to prevent them from reuniting with their family.

They fought bosses like the Ten Headed Beast and the Four Handed Beast. They were very hard to take down, and it was like a blood bath. Bob, JEFF, YO MAMA and Francis cut the monsters heads off and kept them as souvenirs but they did it with just hands and swords.

They were fighting for more than ten years trying to find their family. They couldn’t, but they never gave up because they knew if they gave up their family would die.

After many years they finally found their family in a giant spider house. The whole family was covered in slime. Bob, Jeff, YO MAMA and Francis rescued their family and lived happily ever after.

Mud run

9:00 at night i'm thinking in the afternoon the next day we're doing the mud run super nervous.

2 hours later time, for the mud run we arrived at the mud run place I was nervous because I saw the mud on people chest.

Mrs Gordon called my name, I got into the mud I thought to myself there's no turning back now 2 mins later I was stuck in the thickest, mud EVER!!! then someone said you'll love this part this was the part where everyone got stuck.

Then there was, muddy water just then lachie bombed in the muddy water and everyone was corered in muddy water. then I was finished. I thought to myself that was pretty fun.

That's my mud run story.

Bang were off! already running up the hill trying my hardest never going to stop.puffing, hard, running hard, I was scared that I wasn't going to do good I was pacing myself so I have, energy when I need to sprint that very moment I ran for my life passed everybody in my path, no one could past me I was the running king,

Finally I Had finished my Dad came up to me a gave me the biggest hug ever and said you deserve a present.that's my cross country story.By MattD

Linton Duathalon

3,2,1 GO! Everyone is running for their life, trying so hard. Trying to win and come first at Linton Army Camp.

Just 1 km left for my run. Done. Now the bike. Halfway through my bike ride somebody gets a puncture in their bike tyre - lucky for me. I pass them, so I am coming in third. Still biking. My legs are dead. My lungs are burning. I can't feel my legs.

I can see the dismount line aaaaaannnndd...Crossed. I rack my bike and I am onto my last run.

My legs are concrete. Another 1.6 km left to run. I feel like I can not run but I know I can’t stop. I am as tired as anything. I drag myself around the course feeling determined!

Done I came 2nd after a 12 year old! I thought I came 3rd but I didn't. I came 2nd and I am really proud (and very relieved that it is over.)

That was my most memorable moment on my holiday.

Mud run

I waited quietly listening to people moaning and screaming from the mud run. I was nervous because I saw the mud on people's chests and I was getting scared about how deep the mud would be. Miss Gordon called my name and I slowly got into the mud I thought to myself "there's no turning back now!". Two minutes later I was stuck in the thickest, mud EVER!!! Then someone said "you'll love this part." This was the part where everyone got stuck, even worse than before. Then there was the muddy water where you had to hold onto the tree and jump onto a different platform. Just then Lachie bombed and cold, wet mud splatted over everyone. I looked ahead, there was the muddiest mud you'll ever see. Once my foot touched it, I couldn't pull it out! I was stuck! I had to keep my feet pumping so they wouldn't go even deeper. Jacob's dad had to launch us in the air and we had to swim on our stomachs to get over another thick mud pool. When I reached the end, I couldn't believe I was finished. I wasn't doing that again!

Personal Experience

The first I went on the hydra slide at the lido(indoor)slide Stepping  up the, steeps and my sister said i'll go down, with u I said ok instead she pushed me, down ahhhhh i said when I got ,out of the slide I screamed at ELLA then I, stormed away! Then went into a pool so I could calm myself down then, when I did that I ran and told mum,   she said just 5 more, minutes for swimming I went back to the pool, and practiced my swimming then I,

realised I was in the  same lane as Ella I quickly swam out of the pool then mum was finished then we got changed and left. To go back home.

Christmas Day

Knock, knock. “Mum, Dad, wake up! It’s christmas!”

“Mmm” mumbled mum.

“Hurry up” I called. 10 seconds later she was up. Yay! It was present time. I got a Nike soccer ball, Assassins Creed xbox game, an Adidas ball, a Wellington Phoenix Adidas bag and a GO  KART! Ella and I (Ella is my sister) always use it. It is awesome! It goes incredibly fast.
